The kick-off meeting of our DSInVar project took place on 2025, october 27th and 28th at Valladolid. The agenda included the following points:

• Revision of current state of remaining tasks for previous project (a-CIDiT).
• Revision of the six case studies and activities to be performed.
• Doctoral student training plan.
• Management (MS Teams and Web page).
• Next meetings calendar.
